Red Kite Alliance is delighted to offer Mental Health First Aider Training with their fully qualified MHFA England Trainer. This training is open to all schools and ITT providers and is suitable for teachers, trainee teachers, support staff and school leaders.
With MHFA England® training you will be accessing the very best evidence based MHFA® course available. Our training is grounded in research and developed with clinical practitioners. It is proven to increase MHFAiders confidence in supporting people with mental health issues.

Jen has been running MHFA courses for several years and has a proven track record of providing exceptional training for both online and face-to-face delivery. Jen’s warm and approachable manner allows her to connect with educators on a personal level, fostering an environment of trust and support. She recognises the unique challenges faced by teachers and other staff members working in education and uses her expertise to provide targeted strategies and resources to alleviate any concerns. Jen's training sessions are renowned for their engaging and interactive nature. Through collaborative and reflective activities, she fosters a sense of community, encouraging participants to share their experiences and learn from one another.

This half-day introductory course raises awareness of mental health. You will learn:

- Confidence to support someone who may be experiencing mental ill health
- Ways to look after your own mental health and support wellbeing
