This is the termly meeting of the RKA School Improvement Committee with CEO and headteacher/principal representation from the RKA Steering Group and Red Kite Alliance central team.
The committee meets to manage, monitor and evaluate school improvement needs and areas for development across the alliance, identifying key strengths and implementing ways to share expertise and address improvement needs.
